The rule
PlayNow.com is the one legal online gambling site in Saskatchewan, and SIGA operates it. It launched in the province on November 3, 2022, as the first legal online gaming platform here. Play is for adults aged 19 and older, the legal gambling age under The Alcohol and Gaming Regulation Act, 1997.
Online gaming entered the Gaming Framework Agreement in September 2021. That covers casino games and single-event sports betting. On August 31, 2026, the province and the FSIN extended SIGA's online exclusivity to September 2029.
Saskatchewan has no route for a private online casino to be licensed. Online gaming in the province is exclusive to SIGA through PlayNow.com.
What the province and casinos say
A Government of Saskatchewan release of August 31, 2026 says PlayNow competes with illegal platforms. SLGA, the provincial regulator, sets out the legal basis. Under the Criminal Code, all gaming is illegal unless it is licensed or operated by a government.
SaskGaming runs Casino Regina and Casino Moose Jaw as a wholly-owned subsidiary of LGS. It says neither casino has an online platform or app, and it names PlayNow.com as the one legal gaming website. It also warns of fake online ads and apps that use the casinos' names.
Where this site's Ad links stand
This guide is not a casino and takes no bets. Its home page carries paid links, marked Ad: one in the menu, one below the first screen and one near the end. All three lead to the same online casino partner. The site earns a commission, and the partner can change. Inner pages, including this one, carry no paid links.
That partner is a private online casino. It is not PlayNow, and it is not run or licensed by the province of Saskatchewan. It has no connection with SIGA, SaskGaming, LGS, SLGA or any casino in this guide. Game Break and SIGA Voluntary Self-Exclusion do not cover it.
