The evening on the floor

Painted Hand Casino opens at 10 AM every day. It closes at 3 AM Sunday to Wednesday and at 4 AM Thursday to Saturday. Hours that run past midnight belong to the day they started, so a Saturday that ends at 4 AM still counts as Saturday. All times are Saskatchewan time, which stays on Central Standard Time all year.

On the gaming side, the casino has more than 241 slot machines and 9 electronic table games. It lists no live table games, so the card shows no live-table days. Poker does not appear among its listed games either.

Holiday hours are not given in this guide: check them on Painted Hand's own site.

A room, an RV, a show, a meal

For a night in Yorkton, this guide lists no hotel at Painted Hand Casino, on the property or next door. RVs are accepted, as at all seven SIGA casinos. Guests register with a SIGA Rewards card at Guest Services. There are no reservations, and every RV guest must be 19 or older.

Shows are sold through the box office at Guest Services, open 10 AM to 12 AM daily.

Food comes from Legends Restaurant and a Deli & Bar open 11 AM to 2 AM daily. Legends' hours differ between the casino's pages, so the guide gives none for it.

Beside the other eight

Live tables are where Painted Hand Casino differs first: it lists none, while five of the nine casinos publish live-table hours. Poker follows the same line, since Painted Hand and Bear Claw Casino & Hotel list no poker. Shows go the other way. Painted Hand is one of five casinos that list shows, with Casino Regina, Dakota Dunes Casino, Living Sky Casino and Gold Horse Casino.

On a shortlist, nothing is ranked: the cards come in alphabetical order, or shuffled at random on request. Kept cards stand side by side, with the rows where they differ marked.
